THANK YOU GIRL SCOUTS!!

The most awesome five young ladies (AIYANA, OLIVIA, ERIN, SUZIE, AND KATIE) and a sneaky mom helper (MARCI) were my secret admirers this weekend. I came home and both of my front flower boxes (formerly known as weed boxes) were planted with beautiful flowers. I also had some very nice emails from each of them. They are the most amazing, considerate, thoughtful girls I know. I am so lucky and have learned so much from each of them.

Seafood Festival 2007

Chandra enjoyed a relaxing weekend with friends at the Seafood Festival in Astoria, Oregon. Great company, good food, much needed down time and some camera time, too!

The girls stayed with Dad. Aiyana spent two days with Alma Mohrle; she got to help babysit Dieter. Mom brought home surprises from the beach and everyone was glad to be home!!

Aiyana's Science Experiment

Aiyana is conducting a Science Experiment to test the effects (and determine if there are any) of smell on a human being's ability to determine an object's taste. She's using familiar tastes (vanilla, strawberry, peach, etc). The subjects test the flavor once with their noses PLUGGED and once with their noses UNPLUGGED. We didn't have ANY fun...I can't wait to see the big champion ribbon she wins at the Science Fair!

On Easter, we hunted Easter Eggs, got our Easter Baskets from the Easter Bunny, went to church, and played games. HAPPY EASTER!

TBall Practice

Brittany and Billie get to start TBALL this month; and training camp is just around the corner! So they spent an afternoon warming up for the throwing, catching and hitting they'll be learning. We had a GREAT sunny day and took advantage of it! They got to spend a bit of time in the sprinkler, too!

ABC Girls: Game Night

On game night we enjoyed a few game of JENGA (don't let it FALL) and Princess UNO!

Brittany's Visit from the TOOTH FAIRY!

Finally! Brittany lost (not literally of course) her first tooth. As you can see in the photo, the replacement tooth was DEFINITELY ready to take it's place (and there was BARELY enough room)! The TOOTH FAIRY came to visit, as long awaited, and left 1st grade workbooks for the summer AND some of the glitter from her wings was found on Brittany's pillow AND windowsill...

An Easter Party at the Roller Rink!

The Lewis County Sheriff's Office Association had a rollerskating Easter party! The Easter bunny was there! We played the Hokey Pokey, Roller skated and hunted for Easter Eggs. We had a LOT OF FUN!
